QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions before your visit.

How do I choose a dental office?

Use the office finder to compare locations, nearby communities, hours, and contact details. Call your preferred office to confirm appointment availability and the service you need.

How do I book online?

Select an office and use its booking link. If you need help choosing an appointment type, call the office before booking.

Do you accept new patients?

Yes. Choose an office and call or book online to arrange your first visit. Availability varies by location and appointment type.

What should I bring to a first visit?

Bring a photo ID, current insurance or Medicaid information, a medication list, relevant medical history, and any available dental records. Ask your office which forms to complete beforehand.

Can my family visit the same office?

Our offices provide care for children and adults. Call to discuss scheduling for family members; appointment availability and treatment needs vary.

What if I am nervous about my appointment?

Tell the office when booking and share your concerns with the dental team. Ask about the approach and any options appropriate for your care.

Is Medicaid accepted?

Yes. Medicaid is accepted at every office. Confirm your specific plan, eligibility, and benefits with the location you choose.

How do I check whether my dental insurance is accepted?

Give your office the insurer and exact plan name before the visit. Participation and benefits depend on the plan; accepted insurance does not guarantee full coverage.

Can you tell me what treatment will cost?

Your office can review a treatment estimate after the necessary assessment. Ask what is included, your estimated insurance responsibility, and whether additional visits may affect the cost.

Which payment and financing options are available?

Credit, debit, check, and cash are accepted. CareCredit, Sunbit, and Cherry are available subject to provider terms and approval. In-house plans apply only to selected procedures.

What is the 7 Days Membership Plan?

It is an annual in-office savings plan for patients without insurance. The first member’s price is $308 per year and includes two comprehensive exams, two basic cleanings, and 20% off qualified treatment.

What should I know before joining the membership plan?

Implants, orthodontics, and crowns are excluded from the discount; other exclusions may apply. The plan requires full payment, automatically renews after one year, and has no refunds or cancellation period. Ask your office for all terms.

Are any offices open on weekends?

Weekend hours vary by location. Use the office’s live hours pill to review the full schedule and call to confirm appointment availability.

Does the live open/closed status guarantee an appointment?

No. The pill reflects the office’s usual schedule. Appointment availability, holiday hours, and unexpected closures can differ, so call before traveling for urgent care.

Can I walk in for a dental emergency?

Call first and describe your symptoms. Urgent and same-day availability vary by office, and a walk-in visit is not guaranteed.

When should I seek emergency medical care?

Seek emergency medical care for trouble breathing or swallowing, a serious injury, or uncontrolled bleeding. For a dental concern without those symptoms, call an office promptly for guidance.

Are all services available at every location?

Service availability and the right treatment depend on the office and your assessment. Call your chosen location to confirm the care or provider you need.

How do I transfer records or request copies?

Contact the office holding your records. The team can explain the request process and any authorization needed to release or transfer them.

How do I change or cancel an appointment?

Contact the office where your appointment is booked as soon as possible. Ask about its scheduling and cancellation policies.

Where can I find directions and parking information?

Visit your office’s location page for the address, map, and directions link. Call the office if you need help identifying the entrance or confirming parking access.

Have another question?

Choose an office and call the local team, or book your next appointment.
