Our office finder and office-page maps use Google Maps. They are configured to load automatically when a map comes into view, without a separate cookie acceptance step. Loading an interactive map connects your browser to Google. Google may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy practices.

Google Maps content is provided under Google’s Terms of Service and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Information handled by Google is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Directions links open Google Maps in a separate page when selected. Office addresses, phone numbers and booking links are also available as ordinary website information. Our Cookie settings control optional analytics; rejecting those cookies does not block the Google Maps service.

Online booking links open NexHealth. Its booking, intake and related services have their own privacy notices and storage practices. This website’s optional-cookie choice does not control a different website.

We do not use a website cookie choice as authorization to disclose protected health information. Contact your treating office for its Notice of Privacy Practices.

Use Cookie settings to review your choices, reject optional cookies or withdraw a saved permission. Optional-cookie use covered by a withdrawn choice should stop going forward. A page reload may be needed to unload a service that has already started.

The website can remove accessible first-party optional cookies; it cannot delete every cookie set by another domain. You can also remove cookies through your browser’s settings. Withdrawal cannot undo information a service already received.

A compatible browser may send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Our intended website policy is to keep optional analytics off when that signal is present. Office details remain available. Our automatic Google Maps display is separate from the Analytics choice. You can still use directions and booking links.
