When your browser connects to the website, technical information such as your IP address, browser details and the requested page is needed to deliver the site. Cookies and similar storage can also remember choices you make, including your selected office and cookie preferences.

If you contact an office, it receives the information you choose to share. Please do not send dental records, payment details or other sensitive information through general email. Ask your office for an appropriate way to provide them.

Necessary website functions and your saved privacy choices may use cookies or browser storage. Optional analytics has its own choice and stays off until you choose to allow it. Interactive office maps are provided by Google Maps and are configured to load automatically, separately from our Analytics choice. Loading a map connects your browser to Google, whose privacy practices are described below.

You can reject optional analytics or change a saved choice through Cookie settings. Allowing analytics does not authorize advertising tracking or the disclosure of patient information. See our Cookie Notice for more detail.

If optional analytics is enabled and you choose to allow it, it helps us understand how people use the website. Analytics should receive only the website activity covered by that choice. Your office search, form answers, patient identifiers and appointment details are not appropriate website analytics inputs.

Online booking, intake, patient portals and payments are separate services. A website cookie choice does not authorize measurement of those activities. Advertising and booking-confirmation measurement are not enabled by this notice.

Our office finder and office-page maps use Google Maps. They are configured to load automatically when a map comes into view, without a separate cookie acceptance step. Loading an interactive map connects your browser to Google. Google may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy practices.

Google Maps content is provided under Google’s Terms of Service and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Information handled by Google is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Directions links open Google Maps in a separate page when selected. Office addresses, phone numbers and booking links are also available as ordinary website information. Our Cookie settings control optional analytics; rejecting those cookies does not block the Google Maps service.

Our online booking links open NexHealth. When you follow a booking link, information you enter there is handled under the notices provided by that service and your clinic. Third-party websites have their own privacy practices. Review those notices before sharing information.

Providers that deliver and maintain website services may process technical information needed for those services. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.

No website or internet transmission is completely secure. Use the contact details below if you have questions about the handling, protection or retention of information connected with this website.

Depending on the law that applies to your information, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to certain uses. Contact our Privacy Officer to make a request or ask which rights apply. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable exceptions.

You can change optional-cookie choices through Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future optional use covered by the choice; it cannot undo information already received by another service.
